Island of Hawaii, Kona (west) side. Direct access from Mamalahoa Highway. The location is approximately 11 miles from Waimea, 24 miles from Kailua-Kona, and 14 miles from Waikoloa on the west side of the Island. The recent relocation and improvement of Saddle Road across the center of the island provides direct access from the Hilo (east) side of the island, as well.
The location overlooks the Kona Coast at a cool elevation that provides panoramic views of the Kona Coastline. There are several parcels available, and we anticipate purchasing from 850 to 1100 acres. The desired property is agriculturally zoned, with dry, temperate weather year round.
The location is also easily accessed from Kona Airport and Kawaihae Harbor, a major shipping harbor.
This layout is the first proposed configuration, and is given as an example only. The final design will be based on a number of factors, but this image is a representaion of the goals of the project.
